MEET-TAP!® is a Plexus Tech self-developed product aimed at managing company workspaces. This application allows this task to be centralized and digitalized, saving time for users and making the reservation of rooms and positions easier and faster for the company’s workers.

- It allows you to define a multitude of configurations, differentiating between three user roles (administrator, person in charge of a space and normal user), with different permissions.
- The application is based on the following structure for the creation of locations and reservable spaces:
- Level 1: Office or work center
- Level 2: Areas (stations, meeting rooms, common spaces or parking lots)
- Level 3: Subareas (optional)
- The process of reserving a workplace is very simple and can be done in just three steps:
- 1st: Access with your credentials
- 2nd: Check availability
- 3rd: Reserve
- The application also allows integration with SSO (Single Sign On) systems and with specific company directories.
