N1 Technician / Remote

Join Plexus Tech. We're looking for new colleagues with experience as a Level 1 Support Technician in a multi-client support center (English and Spanish) for network infrastructure, systems, and microcomputers.
Requirements:
- Experience managing support and maintenance services that combine hardware, software, systems, and networks:
- Antivirus, email, client applications, operating systems, peripherals, printers, scanners, phones (iOS and Android), etc.
- Knowledge of Office 365
- Networking: VLANs, configurable switches, APs
- Experience in ticket management and tracking, such as Remedy or Jira.
- Knowledge of remote connections is essential, such as Teamviewer or Anydesk.
- Client communication skills are essential.
- Knowledge of management tools and the Package Office.
