What is the purpose of Plexus’ processing of your data?

- Facilitate the user’s registration to allow access to the products and services we can offer.
- Inclusion of the user’s curriculum data in a company database (“candidates”) for use in future selection processes related to job offers published by the company through the various channels it has enabled.

What is the legitimacy of the processing?
The processing of user data is based on the express consent requested and accepted, which can be opposed at any time.
The consents obtained for each of the purposes are independent, so the user may revoke only one of them without affecting the others.
The legitimacy of the processing of your personal data may also derive from the concept of legitimate interest that the company may have based on the regulations established in the applicable laws.

What is the conservation period of the user’s personal data?
The personal data will be kept for as long as the relationship with the user is maintained or until they exercise their right to oppose or cancel the data. Once the relationship is terminated or the aforementioned rights are exercised, the data will be blocked for the entire period required by applicable legislation and until any liabilities arising from the processing are prescribed.

What user data can Plexus process?
PLEXUS will process the following categories of user data:

- Data obtained from sources other than the user, such as publicly accessible sources.
- Data provided by third-party companies for the management of a candidate’s Curriculum.
- Data derived from the development of the relationship: Data provided indirectly by the client resulting from the navigation of the website itself, access to the private area, or any other of a similar nature that allows its receipt.
In cases where the user provides PLEXUS with data from third parties, they declare that they have informed and obtained prior consent from said person for their personal data to be processed by PLEXUS. In the event that PLEXUS is convicted for unauthorized processing, it reserves the right to pass on such penalties to the user who provided the data without the prior consent of the data subject.

Who are the recipients of the user’s data?
PLEXUS may transfer the user’s personal data to the companies that are part of its business group. These companies are:

Notwithstanding the above, PLEXUS may contract cloud storage services with entities whose servers are located outside the European Economic Area. However, PLEXUS will ensure that these providers guarantee adequate measures to maintain a comparable level of protection in terms of the provisions of data protection regulations.

What are your rights?
Data Protection regulations confer a series of rights in relation to the processing of data that involves our services, and you may exercise them by attaching a copy of your ID to the claim. The rights are as follows:
