At Plexus we are looking for a QA – Cloud Contact Center Technology specialist to work with us.
Requirements:
- QA roles within technology teams focused on meeting established quality standards and industry benchmarks to ensure an exceptional user experience.
- Design and development work on quality management systems and tools.
- Participation in the general review and execution of manual and automated test plans and procedures.
- Requirements analysis and creation of test plans, test cases and test documentation.
- Automation of test procedures.
- Contact Centers, IVRs, telephony and desktop solutions for agents.
