- Intermediate or Higher Degree Qualification related to Computing and/or Networks (SMR or ASIR).

- Minimum previous experience of 1-2 years performing IT Support functions.

- Driving license type B).

Network installation and maintenance: install, configure and maintain systems Technical Support Services: Provide technical support to troubleshoot network problems and help customers efficiently configure and maintain their systems. Repair and maintain the communications network in case of failures or problems. Microcomputer support for users (Microsoft Windows / Linux OS environments) Management of ticketing tools.
