At Plexus we are looking for an Application Support Technician L2, to join our on-site Technical Support teams in Santiago de Compostela.
Requirements:
- Higher Degree in Computer Science or Telecommunications (for example, ASIR); or Intermediate or Advanced Degree focused on Application Development (DAW / DAM).
- Previous experience of 1-2 years in Application and SQL support.
- Experience in handling ticketing applications such as Remedy, Service Desk, etc.
