    By accepting this Privacy Policy, the user is informed and gives their free and unequivocal consent for the personal data provided through the website to be processed by PLEXUS.

  3. Compulsory provision of data

    All personal data requested through the website or through another medium is mandatory (unless otherwise specified in the required field) to fulfill the established purposes. It is not possible to register on the Website if you do not provide complete data, although you may freely view the content of the Website.

    By entering data on the Website, the user guarantees that they are over fourteen (14) years of age and that the data provided are true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date, committing to notify PLEXUS of any modifications that occur in the data provided.

  4. What is the purpose of Plexus‘ processing of your data?

    The personal data provided by the user will be processed for the following purposes:

    • Facilitate the user’s registration to allow access to the products and services we can offer.
    • Inclusion of the user’s curriculum data in a company database („candidates“) for use in future selection processes related to job offers published by the company through the various channels it has enabled.

  5. What is the legitimacy of the processing?

    The processing of user data is based on the express consent requested and accepted, which can be opposed at any time.

    The consents obtained for each of the purposes are independent, so the user may revoke only one of them without affecting the others.

    The legitimacy of the processing of your personal data may also derive from the concept of legitimate interest that the company may have based on the regulations established in the applicable laws.

  6. What is the conservation period of the user’s personal data?

    The personal data will be kept for as long as the relationship with the user is maintained or until they exercise their right to oppose or cancel the data. Once the relationship is terminated or the aforementioned rights are exercised, the data will be blocked for the entire period required by applicable legislation and until any liabilities arising from the processing are prescribed.

  7. What user data can Plexus process?

    PLEXUS will process the following categories of user data:

    • Data provided by the user
      • Identifying data: name, surname, and ID number.
      • Contact data: email address.
    • Data obtained from sources other than the user, such as publicly accessible sources.
    • Data provided by third-party companies for the management of a candidate’s Curriculum.
    • Data derived from the development of the relationship: Data provided indirectly by the client resulting from the navigation of the website itself, access to the private area, or any other of a similar nature that allows its receipt.

    In cases where the user provides PLEXUS with data from third parties, they declare that they have informed and obtained prior consent from said person for their personal data to be processed by PLEXUS. In the event that PLEXUS is convicted for unauthorized processing, it reserves the right to pass on such penalties to the user who provided the data without the prior consent of the data subject.

  8. Who are the recipients of the user’s data?

    PLEXUS may transfer the user’s personal data to the companies that are part of its business group. These companies are:

    Except for the above, PLEXUS will not make any data transfers that do not have a legal basis or that are legitimized by any cause. Therefore, your data will be processed only by PLEXUS or the companies of its business group, within its own scope of action and for the different media (digital and/or analog) in which it operates.

    Notwithstanding the above, PLEXUS may contract cloud storage services with entities whose servers are located outside the European Economic Area. However, PLEXUS will ensure that these providers guarantee adequate measures to maintain a comparable level of protection in terms of the provisions of data protection regulations.

  9. What are your rights?

    Data Protection regulations confer a series of rights in relation to the processing of data that involves our services, and you may exercise them by attaching a copy of your ID to the claim. The rights are as follows:

    • Right of access: Know what type of data we are processing and the characteristics of the processing being carried out.
    • Right of rectification: You may modify your data if they are inaccurate or not truthful.
    • Right of portability: Obtain a copy in interoperable format of the data being processed.
    • Right to limit processing: When you have given consent for the processing of your data related to different issues, you may proceed to limit it.
    • Right of deletion: Request the deletion of your data when processing is no longer necessary.
    • Right to object: Request the cessation of the aforementioned commercial communications.

    • Right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (in Spain, the Spanish Data Protection Agency – AEPD)

    PLEXUS will treat user data at all times in an absolutely confidential manner and will maintain the duty of secrecy regarding them, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations, adopting the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security of the data and prevent their alteration, loss, processing, or unauthorized access, taking into account the state of the technology, the nature of the data stored, and the risks they are exposed to.
