CRM Implementation Specialist – Freelance
Join Plexus Tech. We are looking for a CRM Implementation and Support Specialist to join our team on a freelance basis. They will be in charge of implementing different CRMs such as Hubspot, Pipedrive, Brevo, etc., adapting the solution to the needs of each project. They will also be in charge of providing end-user support, resolving queries and making configuration adjustments to optimize their experience.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in the implementation of CRMs, such as HubSpot, Brevo, Pipedrive or others.
- Experience using tools that integrate with WhatsApp Business.
- Advanced knowledge of CRMs, including marketing automation, contact management and personalization.
- Interpersonal skills to provide excellent support service.
- Ability to make effective presentations and training. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
